SUE EDWARDS (nee Bell) was born and educated in West London.  She moved to Shropshire in 1989.  In 1993 she was employed at WSJ as an Estimator’s Secretary where she met Peter Starbuck.  In 1994 Peter asked her if she would help with typing his abridged works of Drucker’s books and she has continued as Peter’s “girl Friday on a Saturday”; her commitment to the think tank, since its inception, has been transcription and document presentation.  Sue is currently working in local government.  Sue is an avid fan of Rugby League and also relaxes by reading crime and psychological thrillers.

HEATHER STARBUCK (nee Williams) was born a war baby in Welshpool, Mid Wales.  She was educated at Welshpool Grammar School and Newtown Commercial College, where she completed her commercial training.  Her first employments were in the copper belts in Northern Rhodesia, now Zambia, for major companies in the mining industry and Lonrho‘s Times of Zambia newspaper.  After ten years she returned home, and worked for an Estate Agency practice.  As a member of the think tank, she meets its day to day demands.  Her interests include amateur theatre, and she continues as the Secretary of the successful Welshpool Grammar School Old Pupils’ Association.
