Welcome to Starbuck on Management a private think-tank driven by Peter Starbuck which is focused upon improving lives through spreading knowledge of effective management principles.
The objective is to help young managers improve their performance at home and internationally to prevent them from making the same mistakes of the past.
Peter Starbuck FCMI, FRICS, FCIOB, PhD, has been a manager for fifty years. He is a scholar of Peter F Drucker and was awarded a PhD from the Open University in 2007 for his thesis on the European Influences of Peter F Drucker.

Peter has written extensively on Drucker in his own right as well as making contributions to other leading management books His thesis is the only one lodged with the British Library. He has collaborated with The Open University Business School to produce an interactive placing the spotlight on 60 management thinkers.
His commitment to management stems from a belief, as he sees it, as the only activity that can protect future prosperity for all.
The start of 2017 has seen the demands on Peter’s time increasing for his contribution to Drucker’s projection, nationally and internationally.
With his team, contributions to training are expanding rapidly, including the novel idea that management first emerged from the Natural World.
Progress is being made on the production of a film to convey this idea to the 15+ market.
